Ms. Williams provided a list (17 items) of exterior improvement to the Commissioner’s.  Each item was discussed, but the Commission agreed to vote only on the signage.  Several of the 17 items were considered maintenance and repair, but other items would require additional detail before the Commission could approve.

ES made a motion to accept the drawing for the sign with the understanding that it will be black with white lettering, to be placed to the left side of the building, six square feet in size and the top of the sign is not to exceed six feet.  JH seconded the motion and the Commission voted to approve 3-0.
